I remember the trial very well my wife and I sat there and looked at what they were doing and we both said they have got things so screwed up you don't know what to think so you can't convict a man on just hearsay evidence or whatever if it's not overwhelming if there's any doubt you have to say he's innocent and that's what was done at the time because there was too much doubt because they botched the case
The alleged blood trail was testified to be consistent with a person dropping blood out of a vial, not walking… And the blood sample went missing for a couple hours.
It was more than enough for reasonable doubt.
(It was likely the people who make “neckties” out of people’s throats and Nicole was collateral damage)

The glove stuff isn't damning. The DNA evidence is. The technology was new and the prosecution failed to impart to the jury how indisputable the DNA evidence was. They doubted findings that a modern jury would consider to be infallible proof.
Man Marcia Clark 'dropped the ball' on this one … Especially when you think about how the civil trial went … This should have been a 'slam dunk …' That "slow-speed chase" across "SoCal" right after murder harges were filed against him should have been detrimental to his defense… Come…on.
You can't say those are the same gloves that is impossible to prove from a video and let's not forget he has done commercials for gloves before there is actually a lot of evidence that his son did it not him
The problem was the prosecutor sucked. He was wearing latex gloves, his lawyers told him to stop taking his arthritis medication so his hands would swell up. And he did the song and dance trying them on. He murdered these people and THIS jury was never going to convict him.
