We The People of California don’t need an unqualified sheriff, or some Brit from England who just recently moved here. Or the rich guy who keeps wasting millions for a power position, instead of doing good things with that those wasted money. He thinks he can fix it all, because he understands what the average American is going through. They all look/sound like sheep in wolve’s clothing.
The only competent, qualified, experienced candidate for Governor of the great state of California is obviously, Matt Mahan, the mayor who’s been running San Jose so effectively.
The other candidates do not have the experience or knowledge to be the next governor of the fourth largest GDP in the world!
Think about that before you vote. Stop being played like patsy pawns. Demand that politicians be/do better.
I like the republican solutions for homelessness. Katie porter had some good input about homelessness. But the difficult thing is many of the homeless people like living that way. It’s inconvenient for all of us, but they don’t want to change. And at that point, you just have to make safe fenced in places for them
Given California’s problems—homelessness, crime, high costs living, tax, and pressure on businesses etc.—I can’t justify giving Democrats or Gavin Newsom a high-grade A or B on my vote. that candidate could not read those facts bothered me, and just cannot trust any Democrat will do anything different in the near future. anyone but democrats might work.

Less government is cheaper for the citizens. Look at all the cheapest states to live in are all red. The states with the lowest taxes are all red.

Look, the cost of gas has gone up as a result of the Iran war, but it doesn’t explain the nearly $2.00 differences in gas prices from the rest of the nation. The Ca restriction on the gas refining, and the war on gas powered vehicles have lead to this differential, driving refineries out of the state, and importing oil from across the world, with a much more catastrophic impact to Ocean waters than gas has on air. I would have liked to have seen discussion on data centers, and the immediate impact to environment and water resources, yet neither party seems to address.
