  1. I think I learned how to open those when I was 6 (which would be in the late 1960s). Back then, you literally just peeled the outer wrapper and it burst, then they started saying to insert a spoon in the seam and twist, and now you just hit it.

  2. heh, I hate those things. Cans of biscuits and latex balloons. You know their not gonna hurt you but that being on edge waiting for the pop in nerve racking.

  3. Yeah. But there's a reason you keep them in the fridge until you're ready to use them. If they get warm, they can and will explode. How much they explode is determined by how warm and how fast they warm up before it happens. I've seen the contents of one that was forgotten on a counter end up EVERYWHERE in a 6 foot radius.
