    him: yes.
    me, pulls out phone and dials number: yeah, HR, i want to report this manager who is breaking federal law and opening you up to possible lawsuit and even being heavily fined. and i want this on public record, cause he might try to fire me in retaliation, which is also federally illegal. he also told a guy that he cant go to the hospital for stitches, but to glue it shut.

    thats how you deal with that. if HR wont listen, you then call OSHA, who when they hear this, will begin rubbing their hands together and licking their lips cause they LOOOOOOVE this shit.
