Cool tip, you put a smile on my face๐
This is why I'm so glad i stuck with guitar. Now that I can sorta do this, playing is getting really fun. Thanks for the great lesson!
Corey is a master ๐๐ป๐ธ

The best, simply the best. Been searching all over the net for this๐๐๐๐
solid gold. thx.
Very nice and colourful techniques and approach, but it makes me think more of funk rhythm than classic blues
Great lesson!
hi corey i'd like to know what that is on top of your amp and it;s funtion ? thanks
Cool, this is exactly the lesson I was looking for. Have been working on my triad shapes all over the neck for awhile, and was just thinking I wish I could find a practical applications lesson. Great stuff Corey.
Legend!!! Thanks.
It had never occurred to me to use all inversions of those minor triads with the dom7 chord. I've been using the 2nd inversion ones on the top string set for years but never thought about them as individual Am and Gm triads. I always just thought it was a cool way of getting a C9 / C6 sound and I hadn't considered the fact I could achieve that same sound with the other inversions of those same minor triads… Lightbulb moment!
Wow๐๐๐ฏ
Love this lesson
Amazing lesson. Thank you so much!
Great video Thanks
Another exceptional tutorial. Just when I think I've got this triad thing under my belt, you come along and open my eyes to a new wrinkle. Really enjoy your instructionals. Love that axe too! Keep on rockin'
Can you make a lesson on "Wishful thinking by Earl Klugh" please! What a guitarist!
That guitar is solid gold and the technique of minor triads over Dom vamps is awesome thanks CC
Corey, once more, another fantastic lesson!! Thank you so much, I can't wait to go and try it all out! By the way, could you suggest a link for the backing track at minute 3:55? Greetings from Italy!!
wow. that is so useful. Some kind of idea from Mickey Baker book but explained so good and simple. Thanks!
๐๐ป๐Merry Christmas & a Happy New-Year to the gentle Blues teacher !
Can this be added on leading part as well?
โMaybe youโre already playing a slow blues . . .โ Already youโre showing me something that I have to stop the video and wrestle with. Wonderfully typical of your videos, chock-full of delight
Video proposal: playing rhythm for Hound Dog Taylor
Itโs incredible how do you keep producing quality useful videos week after week. When I download these, itโs like putting no itโs better than putting money in the bank
Smooooooooth!
Great lesson Corey,
Absolutely love what you are doing. Thank you for your efforts!
This is the fun stuff in playing rhythm.. Soulful R&B nuggets ๐ Great lesson Corey. Where were ya 55yrs ago? ha โฅ
Great info Corey really appreciate all you do. These triad lessons have opened the guitar neck for me, Cheers
Iโm gonna remember it by thinking(C7=C9,which could have the same triad as Gm.
Wow! What a lesson. Really cannot add too much to what has already been posted below. Corey, just look at your ever-expanding impact on the guitar community. I am so grateful to have discovered you (thank you, Erich Andreas!) and have been a loyal YouTube follower and purchaser of several of your excellent courses.
It's one thing to be a beast of player (check). It is quite another matter to be a skilled teacher capable of imparting the knowledge in effective ways (check again). You often go above my head (hopefully I am catching up), but I always come away learning something new and inspiring.
And we indeed share a deep appreciation of Robben Ford. (You are fortunate to have him on the Nashville scene). You remind me so much of him in your seemingly bottomless well of creative chord voicings and textures. Birds of a feather you are. Saw him in Philly this past August and he blew the joint open (and damn, are Dumbles loud!). Thanks for all the hard work you do for us.
Simple fun stuff for ideas to spice up my playing.I must admit sometimes I just watch the lesson to hear you play.
More great stuff. Always practical and immediately usable.
Good stuff
Nice Harmony you have there… Envy, envy, envy… ๐
