This song brings back memories of riding a train from Brussels to London. Some British bankers were having a "kegger" on the train and they invited me to join them. This was when Friends was popular, and the only reason they invited me was because they thought I was David Schwimmer. One of the guys starts to sing "Dock of the Bay," and when he got to the part about "Looks like nothing's gonna change," he yelled, "David Schwimmer, take it away!" and I sang that part. After we reached Waterloo Station, they invited me to join them at a pub across the street for more drinks. It was called The Hole in the Wall and it was precisely that. Some of them asked for their pictures with "David." None of them asked for "David's" autograph. All these years later, I'll never know if they realized that I'm not David.

Omg how my father loved Otis Redding 😢💔 My dad was Georgia born bred and raised. He loved everything about Georgia. I can't listen to anything that reminds me of him. Lord oh how he loved this man and Sam Cooke.. Jackie Wilson and ALL the greats from his era . Me being born in Philadelphia Pa and from age 4 yrs old I began to love this era also. He passed away 12 yrs ago and these are my memories, getting up dancing and groovy at family get togethers to his music. RIP Daddy 🙏🏾♥️ You are missed my love .
