  1. Check out our featured song: "Lovely People" by Walking Apollo! https://youtu.be/vFu_7k2QgF8

  2. None from Sound of Music ?

  3. Poor choices of "best" songs!

  4. I would replace at least half of these. Personal opinion of course

  5. Tangled and Con Air.. ๐Ÿ˜ข

  6. City of Stars should have been here from La La Land.

  7. Falling Slowly was a beautiful song! Simple and lovely.

  8. โ€œWay we wereโ€ song made that movie. Marvin is a genius.

  9. Hernandez Carol Clark Eric Harris Steven

  10. I will always love you?
    Whitney Houston :were is my?
My song in the bodyguard 1992 ๐Ÿ˜ข

  11. Streets of Philadelphia my favorite

  12. That description of Holly Golightly is way off, not even Truman Capote would recognise her. She isn't singing to Paul, she is musing on her life and how she has tried to find herself, after deserting her husband and her farm wife life.

  13. Testimony to an enduring theme, A Star Is Born features twice on this list, some thirty years apart.

  14. This list suffers from major recency bias. At least half of the list should be pre-1980's songs.

Hard to believe studio execs wanted to yank "Over the Rainbow" ๐ŸŒˆ. The same was true of "Moon River"๐ŸŒ›, bit Audrey was having none of it. Studio execs also wanted to pull the plug on "Star Wars". How do they get hired when they seem to know nothing about film.

  15. My Heart Will Go On. Hands down winner IMHO.

  16. Two of my favourite movie songs that were nominated but didn't win are 'Dry Your Tears, Africa' from Amistad, and 'Vois Sur Ton Chemin' from Les Choristes.
Also, it's a shame that so few from before 1960 were included, but I guess it's understandable given the age range of the channel's viewers. To name a few … Lullaby of Broadway, White Christmas, The Trolley Song, Zip-a-Dee-Doo-Dah, The Ballad of High Noon (Do Not Forsake Me Oh My Darlin') and Que Sera Sera.

  17. F*CKING SLAYER'S REIGN BLOOD !!!

  18. I am missing "I will always love you (Whitney Houston, Bodyguard), "Hero" (Nickelback, Spiderman), und "Don't You (Forget About Me)" (Simple Minds, The Breakfast Club), "Pretty Woman" (Roy Orbison, Pretty Woman), aso.

  19. You'll Be In My Heart??? Better then most of these songs here.

  20. I really wish you would have added, "It Goes Like it Goes" sung by Jennifer Warnes from the movie, "Norma Rae." Sigh! It's one of my favorites.

  21. My favorite Oecar winning song is not listed here and it absolutely should have been, SHAFT, written & performed by Isaac Hayes, from the movie of the same name! 3:34

  22. Love listening to you ladies!

  23. No Purple Rain??? Thats just Blasphemy!

  25. Commentator talks far too much and worse, over the music

  26. Evergreen and Moon River, my faves… but they're all great

  27. That corny "reunion" and kiss at the end of "Titanic" is the ballesiest closing scene I have EVER seen — as if to say, "Here's ya Oscar winner and we all know it!"

  28. I need some of whatever you're smoking!

  29. written in Indian….!! you can't be that dumb !!

  30. World of Confusion Genesis!

  31. Mojo sucks stop talking over the music and or scenes

  32. She said, "Let us snow in the comments" ๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿคฃ

  33. my heart will go on is denies song by the singer….she didnt want to sing this song…but we all know this song became winner oscar

  34. 1 song I'm surprised that didn't make this list is Bette Midler's "Wind Beneath My Wings" from the movie "Beaches". It's a definite tearjerker. We dedicated that song at my grandmother's funeral back in 1997 & it's brought a lot of people, especially my family, to tears. Such a wonderful song.
