Meet the finalists for the 2025 MJBowl cannabis competition

MJBowl, the new bi-coastal cannabis competition from MJBizCon and social review platform Budist, is ready to introduce this year’s top contenders.

Designed to spotlight the Most Valuable Products across five major categories, the competition brings together licensed producers from California and New York for a cross-market showcase of craft, innovation and product excellence.

To ensure consistency and fairness across both states, Budist convened dedicated judging panels in California and New York. These panels made up of professional critics, cultivators and seasoned product evaluators assessed entries exclusively within their respective markets.

After weeks of scoring on both coasts, the finalists are here. These MVP and All-Star selections represent the top performers in each category based on the collective insights of the judges.

Presented by MJBiz and Budist, the 2025 MJBowl is supported by partners across the supply chain including Nabis for distribution and Gotham, The Artist Tree and NorCal Holistics as retail collaborators in both markets.

Today’s announcement also builds momentum toward the inaugural MJBowl Awards Show at MJBizCon on December 4, where the competition’s highest distinction, the MJBowl Trophy for Best in Category, will be awarded live in Las Vegas.
