Types of Submissions

  • Original Articles (3500-5000 words)
  • Book Reviews/ case comments (2500 words)
  • Legislative comments (2500 words)

Submission Guidelines

  • All submissions (except book reviews) must be accompanied by an abstract of not more than 500 words and 5 important keywords.
  • All word limits are inclusive of footnotes.
  • Referencing and citations must conform to Oxford Standard for Citation of Legal Authorities (OSCOLA).
  • Submissions are welcome from students and faculty members. Multidisciplinary papers and perspectives are encouraged.

Important Dates

  • Submission Deadline: July 15, 2025
  • Acceptance and Confirmation: Selected authors will be notified by July 25, 2025
  • Seminar Date: August 9, 2025
  • Publication: Authors of Selected papers may be invited to publish
