The power of hides and camo! I imaged this hawk from no more than 12 feet/3.6 meters. Even in the blind I held my breath!
I’d set up three hides, each with a different camera and lens. I chose the one with the 6D + 300mm for no good reason. Turned up so close I had no choice but a portrait.
