As I got to the Liberty Loop trail in the Wallkill NWR this morning, I saw this Peregrine Falcon sitting on the power lines right near my car. This is my first one I’ve even been able to photograph, so I was quite excited. He was sitting in the rising morning sun… perfect lighting. I wish he hung around a little longer though…
