December 2010 I received a bag of these marshmallows at Christmas. They’re so cute and taste so good too! I hope they issue these every holiday season!
The back of the packaging gave 1 recipe and "Fun Things to Try".
The recipe was for "Fireplace Munch Mix":
1 bag (3.5 oz.) microwave popcorn freshly popped
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
2 cups pretzel sticks
1-1/2 cups Jet-Puffed Gingerbread Mallows marshmallows
1/2 cup Planters Honey Roasted Peanuts.
Toss popcorn with cinnamon in a large bowl. Add remaining ingredients; mix lightly. Makes 12 servings, 1/2 cup each.
"Fun Things To Try" suggested the following:
1) 1 Honey Maid Squares Graham Cracker with peanut butter, then jelly. Top with 1 Jet-Puffed Gingerbread Mallow marshmallow.
2) Frost sugar cookies, then top each with a Jet-Puffed Gingerbread Mallows marshmallow.
3) Decorate frosted brownies with Jet-Puffed Gingerbread Mallows marshmallows for a holiday look.
4) Roll small scoops of vanilla ice cream in Baker’s Angel Flake Coconut, then serve with Jet-Puffed Gingerbread Mallows marshmallows.
