I am so in love with this locket! It’s the largest one I’ve created and the stunning scene on the front is just fabulous! This is the "Luxe" version of my other peacock locket . This is the perfect locket to feature your own pictures, artwork, a special memento or a lock of hair and it’s large size is sure to make a statement!
When snapped shut, the front of this round locket boasts an exquisitely ornate design that features a young maiden reaching out to a shy peacock. It has a warm antique finish and the design is raised so you can feel it if you run your fingers over it. I’ve mounted sparkling Swarovski flatback crystals along the peacock’s tail in dazzling hues of blues, green and champagne. Riding above the locket is a radiant light Sapphire crystal teardrop that glimmers when hit by the light.
This full-bodied large locket measures 2 1/4 inches around and the inside recessed areas measure 40mm, just over 1 1/2 inches for you to mount your own pictures…or leave empty for the front of the locket to be a conversation piece. This treasure hangs on a very sturdy brass rolo chain which measures 24 inches and features a lobster clasp closure. Near the clasp is a pretty brass flower accent featuring a tiny crystal in the middle so the back of your neck will look just as beautiful as the front!
