Dennis Cirkin and Leo Hjelde will be given more time to build their fitness after injuries.
Bournemouth are optimistic their leading goalscorer Antoine Semenyo will be fit to return from an ankle problem.
Justin Kluivert is also recovering well from injury and could train on Friday but Ryan Christie is out for at least three weeks because of a knee sprain.
