Roskilde Fjord is one of Denmark’s most beautiful and exciting fjord landscapes. Roskilde Fjord forms a large part of Skjoldungernes Land National Park and is one of Denmark’s most important breeding grounds for water birds. The narrow fjord extends 40 kilometres into the Sealand countryside.

Vegetables and fruit have been cultivated here for as long as there has been a psychiatric hospital at Sankt Hans—that is, for over 200 years. Sct. Hans Have is a social enterprise that, rooted in the site’s unique history, aims to promote mental well-being.
Sct. Hans Have’s garden kitchen has a deep love for our lush surroundings. Sct. Hans Garden grow their own organic berries, fruit, herbs, and edible flowers and collaborate closely with skilled local organic producers.
