Salmon rolls

2 cups bisquick
2/3 cup milk
1 can (16 ounces) salmon, drained
1/4 cup chopped celery
3 tbsp chopped green onion
1/4 cup grated sharp Cheddar cheese
2 tbsp mayonaise
1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
1/2 tsp dried dill
freshly ground pepper

Combine biscuit mix and milk until just blended. On a lightly floured surface, roll dough out into a 9-inch square. In medium bowl, flake salmon. Add remaining Salmon Filling ingredients. Mix well. Spread evenly over bisquick dough. Roll up jelly roll style and seal edges tightly. If desired refrigerate until baking time.
Cut roll into 8 slices; place cut-side down on a greased baking sheet. Bake at 400° for 15 to 20 minutes.
