1.Either take a camera and take a picture against a light coloured surface which is lit or take it against a light coloured surface. Ensure your subject in front of it is not lit.
3.Using the Magnetic Lasso tool or the Magic wand
4.tool to select the outside edge of your image.
5.Use the quick mask mode to refine your selection.
6.Copy it and paste it as a new layer.
7.Darken it by use in the levels graph and blending all the colours to basic black.
