Honma have launched the latest generation of their T/World irons with the upcoming TW777 arriving as the replacement for the TW767 model.
The new irons are part of the complete series featuring TW777 drivers, fairway woods and utility clubs and will be a major new addition to the market for 2026.
The TW767 range featured Tour V, Vx, Px and Hx but there is no confirmation that any of the four models will remain in the TW777 series.
The Honma TW777 iron series includes multiple models designed for different types of golfers and performance, but the only current confirmed model for the new 2026 launch is the PCB Max.
Honma TW777 PCB Max Irons Specs & Design
The PCB Max is the only model confirmed as part of the TW777 series ahead of a December 15 launch and it is a new addition from the TW767 range.
The PCB Max has a larger head profile than others in the range and is aimed a players’ cavity back that offers easy hitting and maximum forgiveness.
The PCB Max is a compact players’ iron forged from a soft forged S25C steel body with a one-piece construction for a classic blade look.
It features a high-strength full cup face to expand the high ball speed area and produce straighter shots with Honma increasing the face thickness behind the sweet spot to create a premium feel at impact.
The PCB Max features a built-in vibration-absorbing emblem for a solid feel and a precision “HONMA Cut” slope polishing on the upper face for a visually softer look at address.
The model is expected to be available in 4-iron (22 degrees) to Pitching Wedge (45 degrees).
Honma TW777 Irons Review: Are they any good?
The TW777 series is set to feature a number of new models as the successor to the TW767 irons, but the only officially confirmed option is the PCB Max.
That players’ cavity back iron is aimed at forgiveness and feel with workability and we look forward to getting our hands on the design and testing it.
