Dell’Oro Group has recently shared its report on the global router market for Q3 2025, where brands like Huawei, Cisco, and more are leading the segment with their outstanding creations. It also highlights some other important traits of the market.
Routers are generally a networking device that provides internet access, connecting multiple devices in a home or business. These are familiar for strong performance, advanced technology support (Wi-Fi 6/7), and super impressive designs.
In the latest edition, Dell’Oro Group shared its analysis on the global Wi-Fi router market for the third quarter of this year (Q3 2025) and said Cisco, HPE Juniper, and Huawei are the core rankers of this department – thanks to their creations.
According to the report, the global router market grew by 16% with $3.4 billion. The highest growth is visible in North America with 47% year over year.
The report highlights that Cisco, Huawei, HPE Juniper are the top 3 core router vendors in the market. Cisco has attained the most market share. But Huawei has also experienced significant growth in the respective market.
Following the analysis, Jimmy Yu, the Vice President at Dell’Oro Group said:
“Demand for router equipment is improving across most regions and all customer verticals we track. The reasons for the growth included capacity additions, data center interconnect, cloud on-ramp, and network modernization for and with AI.”
