Huawei launches the new Smart Door Lock 2 series with the AI palm vein recognition feature. It is the company’s first door lock that supports the palm verification setup. It uses infrared scanning, high computing power chip, and ultrasonic monitoring to collect deep palm vein images.
The best part is anyone can use this feature regardless of height of unclear fingerprints (even kids). It is the most secure and accurate way that can’t be easily damaged.

Cross-screen connectivity lets you watch the outside view via your handset, smart TV, car’s infotainment screen, and other devices. It can manage a two-way intercom and remote unlocking via your phone and Smart Central Control screen.
Reminders like turn off the stove while leaving the house, weather reports before you step outside and bring clothes, and others keep you on track via the AI Life app. Users can also enable voice notifications for convenience.
Coming on specs, Huawei Smart Door Lock 2 is available in Interstellar Black. It weighs 5.2kg and is 430 x 82 x 60mm (inner panel) and 430 x 82 x 66mm (outer panel). It packs a 10,000mAh battery with 3-5 months of battery life.
Emergency Red Button: In case the door goes out of battery and cannot open, just press the red button to enable the emergency power supply. It will easily unlock the door via fingerprints or passwords. You can use it 5x within half a year.
