1. Tell us something hardly anyone knows about you.
I eat too too many biscuits.
I’m not sure I have one. Unless there is one I don’t know about. There are only two people who call me ‘Tommy’. They know who they are.

7. If you could time travel, what year would you go to and why?
Last Tuesday. I had a really nice sandwich and would love to eat it again.
8. What would your 10-year-old self say to you now?
How did you get so old?
You mean on illustrating? Oh many. So so many. Old ones, new ones and loads in
between.

12. If you could only read one book for the rest of your life, what would it be?

Tom Jellett is a Sydney-based illustrator. For over 20 years he has illustrated a number of books for children, including My Dad Thinks He’s Funny, by Katrina Germein, Why I Love Footy, by Michael Wagner, Whale in the Bath, by Kylie Westaway, and The Besties series with Sporty Kids author Felice Arena. His work can also be seen in a number of magazines and newspapers, including editorial illustrations for The Australian and The Weekend Australian.
