Restorative Practice Courses
Our Level 1 courses help teams across education, the workplace and the criminal justice system to embed restorative approaches. Whether you’re working with students, staff or service users, we focus on building trust, improving communication, and dealing with conflict in constructive ways.
We also offer standalone courses like Restorative Circles, where you’ll learn to create safe, inclusive spaces for open dialogue and connection – ideal for team building, change management or community repair.
Mediation Training
Our Interpersonal Mediation course is for those ready to step into a formal mediator role. It provides a thorough foundation in conflict theory, mediator skills, and structured practice – with the option to gain OCN accreditation.
For those already trained, our Mediation Refresher is a practical one-day session to revisit core principles and sharpen your skills.
Workplace Support Skills
