Charles Michael Hickman III was arraigned on charges of first-degree murder on Wednesday. Hickman was identified as the suspect in the death of Jonathan Adamow, who was shot and killed in the early morning hours of New Year’s Eve.
Hickman is being held in the King County Jail on $2 million bail. He was arrested by U.S. Marshals on April 7.
Seattle police said Adamow was not the intended target in this shooting and it appears they were caught in the crossfire. Court documents did not detail who Hickman’s alleged intended target was or his motive for the shooting.
