About the Opportunity

Jerome Merchant + Partners (JMP) is hiring Associates with 2–7 years of post-qualification experience for our Corporate and Transactions practice in Mumbai.

Eligibility Criteria

• 2–7 years PQE in corporate/commercial law, with experience in M&A, PE/VC, and general corporate advisory
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills
• A proactive mindset and the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
