🥣 Ingredients
Arnabeet (Cauliflower):
- 1 medium cauliflower head 🥦
- 2 tablespoons oil (any frying oil) 🛢️
- 1/4 tsp salt (add at the end to taste) 🧂
Tarator (Tahini Dressing):
- 1 small lemon, juiced 🍋
- 5 tablespoons tahini
- 1 pinch salt (to taste) 🧂
- 5 tablespoons water 💧
👩🍳 Instructions
1️⃣ Prepare the Dressing:
In a bowl, whisk together 5 tablespoons tahini, juice of 1 small lemon, 1 pinch salt, and 5 tablespoons water until smooth. Set aside. 🥣
2️⃣ Prepare the Arnabeet:
Cut 1 medium cauliflower into florets. Chop the stem and leaves into bite-sized pieces.
3️⃣ Coat and Cook:
In a mixing bowl, toss the florets with 2 tablespoons oil until evenly coated.
4️⃣ Air Fry:
Place the florets in the air fryer tray and air fry on high for 15–20 minutes, turning every 5 minutes if your air fryer requires it. 🌡️
5️⃣ Season:
Sprinkle 1/4 tsp salt over the cooked cauliflower to taste.
6️⃣ Serve:
Serve immediately with the tahini sauce either on the side or drizzled on top. Optional: garnish with chopped parsley 🌿 and a pinch of paprika 🌶️. Serve with extra lemon wedges 🍋.
