Today, Huawei dropped a new Watch GT 6 series teaser, revealing dynamic sports features and outdoor modes. The tagline, “#RidetheWind,” perfectly defines these upgrades.
According to the teaser’s caption, the phone maker flaunts various sports modes that will accompany the Watch GT 6 series. It further says:
“September 19, Paris. Do you see what’s coming? #RidetheWind #HuaweiLaunch”
Looking into the video clip, the Watch GT 6 series teaser shows cycling on long routes, mountainous tracks, swimming, running, ice skiing, and a golf course.

Perhaps the company will further enhance these features, specifically the golf course mode. The changes for all these sports modes are currently unknown. Though we can expect major changes, just like the Huawei Watch 5 wearable.
Huawei didn’t define many details or the upcoming features for the Watch GT 6 series in this teaser. But the wearable will surely unlock amazing outdoor features.

Watch GT 5 series has many interesting outdoor features. One of these is the Trail Run mode, which supports segment-based navigation, off-course alerts, contour lines, and crown-controlled zoomable maps, and even real-time fitness data.
It even sports free dives as far down as 40 meters with Pro-level functions like hover timer, water type identification, and safety reminders. testing your stamina and keeping you out of danger at the same time.
Some other significant capabilities are Huawei Sunflower Positioning and RouteDraw. Both help users with wrist-based navigation, offering clear and precise routes for every activity.
