The drive takes about three hours, but at the halfway point sits the aptly named Glacier View Lodge. It’s the only hotel in Canada overlooking a 10,000-year-old massive glacier! Looking out the window from our room and seeing the snowy jagged mountain peaks that hugged the icy glacier, it felt like we were staying in the middle of a postcard.”
