
This was a neat little area right outside of the library. I like how the south Boston skyline is framed by the flagpole and library in this one.

Camera Body: Canon 5D Mark II
Camera Lens: Canon EF 24-105mm f/4L IS USM
Additional Equipment: Manfrotto tripod with ball head; Canon cable release
Exposure(s): (-2..0..+2) at f/11 and ISO 100
Technique: Shot in Live View mode (mirror lock-up) for optimum sharpness; Grid display
Processing:
– Import RAW files into Lightroom 3.3 to correct white balance
– Export TIFF files to Photomatix 4 and tonemapped using default preset (that’s right, default!)
– Re-import TIFF back into Lightroom 3.3 and export to Photoshop CS5
– Apply Topaz Adjust 4.1 to the image using the Vibrant preset (with some minor manual adjustments)
– Apply Imagenomic Noiseware Professional 4.2 using the default preset
– Re-import back into Lightroom 3.3 and apply necessary contrast, clarity, vibrance, etc…
