  3. I got ankle sprain while playing football and after the one month of injury my pain is gone but sometime it pain slightly and my swelling is not gone ……. What can I do now and I starting rehabilitation from your video

  5. you are brave trying to do balance exercises with dumbbells on the floor right next to you where you can lose balance and fall on them or do some damage. Get those dumbbells out of the way as a better example for people out there especially seniors.

  9. Is the ankle supposed to still hurt during the exercises and mobilization or provide some immediate relief. No matter what exercises I do, I still seem to have some pain, and it doesn’t necessarily feel better after.

  11. Sprained ankle badly one month ago. Went back to work after taking one day off work. Worked a month and it’s so painful now I’m out of commission. Xray showed no break but hurts terribly to walk on it. Any suggestions? My first therapy is today.

I thought I was suffering from the worst ankle twist but after reading the comments i feel that my pain is so less compared to them..after two days of ankle twist only I am able to do these exercises…it hurts and pains and I face many difficulties but after a few minutes I am able to cope up with the exercises. I hope everyone gets healed soon.

  22. Hey, I play soccer and I twisted my ankle like two months ago then I was recovering and then I don’t know why I went to play a game and then I twisted it again so right now my ankle looks swollen I don’t know any ligament tear or what What should I do now I don’t wanna go to the doctor.

  28. I sprained my ankle a few weeks ago.. I am still suffering from pain. I was wondering if it's ok to do the exercises inspite of the pain. Some of them feels really painful and hard to do. Also I wanna add that I haven't done any x ray to the area nor did i go to a physician. Thanks for sharing!

  29. couldn’t afford PT so now i’m here. Sprained it bad from basketball. Was in a boot for a month now a brace. Hopefully this helps.

I had lower tibia and needed surgery, I broke it banging my hot indigenous coworker in the woods, stepped in a gopher hole when I was about to cum, my ankles in a cast and she’s pregnunt. I’m 6 weeks post surgery, just got the ok to put weight on it. What kinda exercises did u find work best?

  31. Hey rehab I got a weird sprain I had the seat to low on my beach cruiser ride every night I did to much dorsiflexion pedaling bike also was wearing slides sandles my tibialis anterior tendon hurts can't ride for now will these exercises help should I see Dr

Honestly mine has been messed up on both sides of my right ankle for 14 months it pinches alot when I do this exercises or when I my foot gets planted a certain way while playing football(off my toes usually) Do I just push past the pain while doing these exercises? (First time trying the exercises btw)

  35. Had my ankle injured 2months ago (torn Atfl) during badminton game. Was in a cast for 10 days, unfortunately few days after, re injured again.
    Ive just completed my PT treatment.
    Hope these exercises help me return to playing badminton again.

    Should I wear Kinesio tape or ankle brace during games?

  36. I have sprained the same ankle 3x in the last 5 years. That has caused me to seriously favor the other leg and has led to hip and pelvis problems, possibly even an SI joint issue on the injured side. Now this Hip pops anytime I do any movement, such as the one leg squat. Do you have any recommendation?
