  3. Sprained my ankle 3 years ago, went to doc immediately, all set, but after 6 months started a little swelling and can't run for more than 30 minutes, painful. Went to doc again, took X ray, told me everything is normal, no sprain, no fracture. But there is still the pain. I can't even go trekking anymore.

  4. I had sprained ankle injury (Grade 2) one week ago. I am starting to do these exercises, but I still cannot do most of them yet. I just hope in two weeks I can walk normally and stop limping 😪

  8. I sprained my left ankle very badly when I was 15 from skateboarding l, and fast forward 13 years later I've re-sprained it multiple times. I need to sort it out, any advice ?

  16. I saw another video that said you really need to let your ankle rest for three or four days before you begin any type of therapy.
    I never hear you mention when it is safe to start these exercises.

  19. noticable improvements after 2 weeks, 3 weeks its mostly gone, just gotta be cosistent and dont jump

  20. I rolled my ankle in a surprise uncovered gutter drop in a parking lot. I'm going to do this and hopefully feel normal soon!

  21. Can we start doing these exercises directly after spraining the ankle or do we have to wait ?

  22. That second exercise is wild. First set – felt good, no fatigue. Second set – shaky right from the beginning and could feel it in my glutes! Third set – it seems the whole party has arrived, I could feel it in my hamstring at first, and by the end I had a cramp on the inside of my heel.

  24. Had sprained my ankle playing volleyball about 1 month ago from now. Thought it would heal on its own but I still felt pain walking. Went to the doctor and they kept giving me pain meds. 🙄 So I decided to take matters into my own hand (hah, hand). Thank you for this video!

  26. so i broke my fibula, then ended up spraining my ankle while i was in a boot so my sprain healed when it was stuck in a relaxed position, now im out of the boot but my ankle is TIGHT, and i never got a pt referral from my dr so i guess im doing it at home😭

  28. Perfect video to rehabilitate from peroneal tendonitis I recently suffered from after a vigorous workout on a trail with a lot of uneven ground. Will incorporate into my work outs. Thanks.

  29. It's been three months since I sprained my ankle
    Did various medications
    But I'm still having trouble with it
    Started doing these exercises today
    I'll update after sometime

  31. I turned my ankle a couple months ago and it didn't bother me much But my knee started giving me problems and I'm certain it was a latent result of the ankle incident Now both are inflamed and painful
    I'll start these techniques today and see if I can get some relief.
