I am normally a Mint LMDE6 user on an old Thinkpad L512. I had to buy a rather inexpensive Ryzon3 laptop running Win for a class. I maxed out the memory. It is the most lagging, slow, unimpressive thing I have ever used. I suspect it is Windows because it runs faster booting from a Linux thumb drive. I find it sad I have to use Win.
