  2. @ah pa. i just saw your video for the first time. just got into chinese cooking recently.great recipe you have here. tasty and simple. for the sticking problem, try making the pan super hot almost smokey, then add oil to it. then temp down as per required. avoid like 99% of the sticking problem.

  3. do u need to squeeze the mushroom to get the water out of mushroom before cooking? Somehow my mushroom is not absorbing the nice gravy
