My wife filed first but the judge went above and beyond what we had agreed upon . So skinning me for 1200 a month and gave her all the property which is NOT what had agreed on! Hell i didn’t even want the divorce I don’t believe in divorce anyway period GOD hates divorce !!! she abandoned me I didn’t abandon her 30 great years gone she’s never been right since Covid flatlined her she’s never been right in her head since.
It depends on the judge . There’s a female judge in Torrance, California that ALWAYS sides with the men . There was a case filed against her for doing so .

It does not matter because Family Court is anti-male. So no matter when or who files: MEN PAY and Women get custody so they also get child support.
