  1. this is awesome. if only i could do that. i cant lift the ankle without a few devades old ankle sprain injury hurting as it had just happened. do you have a solution to eliminate/correct/heal sprained ankle pain. im grateful if you reply

  4. THIS IS THE INLY THING THAT HELPED ME :
    Sit on a chair . Cross the affected foot over the opposite knee.
    Pull toes DOWNWARDS and hold for 20 seconds until top of your foot and shin 'hurts' from the stretch. Do this 10x a day at least.
    IMMEDIATE RELIEF.

  7. I been doing both of these exercises already but if i do more of them it would go away it really hurts to walk on my foot

  10. My podiatrist made me do these exercises, and they really worked to resolve my plantar fasciitis.

  11. I had plantar fasciitis so bad…I'm now on HRT and that helps..but what got rid of it for me was adding Boron with my magnesium supplement…that was really a game changer and doing 20 sets of heel drop every morning. Now i'm running, jumping and skipping everyday❤❤❤.

  15. This would kill my feet. I have Achilles and peroneal tendinitis and have had plantar fasciitis in the past. Also have Hagland’s deformity and my podiatrist has dumped me. Essentially because the exercises caused pain and I cannot wear arch supports. 30 years ago I had plantar fasciitis and no doctor helped me. And no physical therapist helped me and now I’m in the same position again with something worse. Any suggestions? The podiatrist says I should feel no pain when doing any of the exercises but they do cause pain so I’m not sure who’s right? Aren’t they supposed to cause discomfort?

  18. With me is the whole foot😢 my whole feet are so painful and hot 🔥 🔥 like burning fire especially at night,during the day they are not that bad but I have sleepless nights because they just burn like fire

  26. Thank you so much suddenly I felt a sharp pain i couldn't handle while dancing and this is the first stretch I did and heard a crack sound it's so satisfying and the pain is gone in a sec still feeling little sore but all the pain is gone tysm
