EDIT: MUCH BETTER A 2ND TIME ROUND I TRIED BUT DID THE ORDERS REAL CORRECT & IN ORDER EG.. I MADE SURE TO HOLD THE GRASP UNDER LEG 1ST / 2ND "PUSH" THIGH DOWN/ 3RD FLEX FOOT /4TH TURN IN FOOT T- FACE CEILING…. I THINK I MAY HAVE DONE THE ORDER SLIGHTLY DIFFERENT. 1ST ? .(THIS TIME ONLY DID 10 THEN ANOTHER 10… BECAUSE WAS PAINFUL AFTER 10,, BUT MUCH; MUCH BETTER THAN THE 1ST SET…..
