  2. Ditch the shoes with a raised heel. It shortens the Achilles making it weaker overtime and more susceptible to injury.

  3. "Short term but significant pain relief" but you don't talk about healing of the tendon, fixing the deeper issue. I think people are going to see this, and use it as a crutch to not change their training behaviors, and make the deeper tendinitis problem worse

  8. Took me 5 months to recover from achilles pain. The first two months was wasted due to exercises and stretches I found on you tube. I needed to rest.

  9. Dont add this to your routine, swap out some running for this exercise or you risk making it worse.
