I cannot express how helpful this video has been. The wedge exercise cleared up a year of constant ankle pain in a few days of doing this. I can finally walk pain free. Thank you!!!
Have you considered exercising the foot through its full range of motion? It will increase blood flow and circulation to the feet which should decrease the inflammation and decrease the pain.
Sorry to put any brakes on those with great expectations from following this alone, but I've been doing this routine and other restoration exercises 3-5 days/week for about 6+ weeks and it's done almost nothing for my plantar fascitis and heel bursitis.
How is this guy so good? Even if he was older and had time to read all the PT books in the world he still wouldn’t learn all this. And yet he’s more doctor than any doctor. The world doesn’t deserve this guy
