  4. Yummmm 😋 in Yemen 🇾🇪 we call this dish Zignee, and we eat it with a crepe like bread called Lahouh ♥️
Ethiopia 🇪🇹 and Yemen 🇾🇪 share similar cuisines.

  5. Brah I got respect for your culture and what you are doing is good cooking. I have to say though it is chicken korma. The butter having the same nutmeg and cinnamon that is garam masala. It is the same ingredients. This is chicken korma. Your clarified butter is different but it has garam masala in it. It is the same damn thing. Arab Persian and Indian trade routes brought these spices to Ethiopia. It is amazing to me that you guys have the same dishes as an Indian dish that is over 2000 years old. FYI it is very much the same as homemade chicken korma not the restaurant style.

  17. The reason we Keralites hear the name of this dish is because of Mr. Santosh George Kulangara sir. I am a person who likes to eat all kinds of food and have eaten food from many countries. There are good similarities with this which is easily made in Kerala (chicken curry and dosa) 🇮🇳 from Keralam🩷

  26. thats a LOT of oil tf???

  27. A lot of weird techniques. E.g. salting the water doesn't season eggs. Adding a dash of water cuts the onion caramelization time in half. Water in chicken just bloats it, no need to wash it

  28. I’m sure ppl like this but ima have to skip this one
