Are you kidding me with this? The judge doesn't care about a diagnosis. They care about the letter of the law, splitting assets, making sure no one is hiding assets, criminal records or behavior, school arrangements…. that kind of thing. Any attorney that actually cares about getting you out of a narc situation with as much to your name as you can safely will never bother wasting their time on this unless it's to compliment an already dramatic criminal record to prove that rehabilitation is not possible and to determine if the narc is a danger to the other person or children. Courts take mental health evaluations with a grain of salt and as an attempt to weaponize….. they tune that out pretty quickly.

I have read that narcissists r expert at turning tables around even in counseling or with psychiatrists and portray you as the perpetrator and themselves as the victim or that many psychiatrists out there are not well versed with diagnosing narcissists !?

You can't get a narcissist to even see a shrink, and if you DID succeed in this, they will likely fool the shrink into believing the person who requested the evaluation is ACTUALLY the narcissist. The table will always turn in their favor, especially if she's a pretty and innocent-looking woman. All she has to do is cry 'abuse' or 'addiction' to the shrink, and it will end up worse for the man than if he had done nothing. A truly honed narcissist will manipulate everyone into believing you are Adolf incarnate, and that they were always right and justified to treat you with such emotional abuse.
So, yeah, this guy's advice is pure and utter BS. It will just cost you more money and the narcissist will end up with more power and control over the situation if you fail; and you likely will.

There are three schools nearby. Only five to ten minutes to drive to those schools. The pice is 1.89 to 2.21 M from Zestimate. But the judge went down the pice to 1.65.
