@mymodernlaw you have mine and my ex-husband's custody case began in California. I moved out of state to Arizona and essentially gave up the school days so that she could stay in the same state and at the same school as her friends and cousins. My ex-husband now wants to move out of state all the way over to Texas. How hard would it be for me to take her full time even though I essentially went down to part-time since he's now moving as well?
So what if it’s a non parent trying to keep my child in the state and file custody 10 days before moving do i still need to just prove why it’s better
