I think you’re right. This happened to me in Nov 2023. Although I eased back into martial arts (when I should have taken months off!), I walked with a flat foot to compensate which meant my tibialis posterior tendon suffered and hurting lightly until today. The annoying part is because I’ve got an accessory navicular bone sticking out, I think this has caused the recovery to take much longer.
