Ik its late very late comment but gamefaqs, gamespot, & mksecrets said if u turn em all on you can do all of em & the sites keeps saying on the final round if u press R1+Square you'll do fatality 1 r1 w triangle is fatality 2 & up and R1 is SF but when i do what there saying it doesn't work any idea why??

Trying to get this done on a ps1 emulator on my steam deck. It was so much easier on N64 back in the day. Why would they add the code step.
