    2. Physical Movement – Go for a walk, hit the gym, or do some jumping jacks. Physical activity burns off excess adrenaline and helps clear your mind.

    3. Grounding Techniques – Use the 5-4-3-2-1 method: Identify 5 things you see, 4 things you feel, 3 things you hear, 2 things you smell, and 1 thing you taste. This brings you back to the present moment.
