excellent, but go slower for a more effective workout.
Do I have any broken bones or injuries? No… am I still watching this video because I'm curious? Yeeesss
I have lower back pain since being in a moon boot
What can I do?
Would these be more effective if done slower, so as not use momentum?
I have broken anckle in 21 days it healed like 85-90% now its like total 1.5 month but cant bear weight ancle is moving perfectly x ray are clear but dont know why cant i put full weight on my leg .
You guys are hilarious. Thanks so much for this!

I'm 10 years into a diagnosis of IBM ( Inclusion Body Myositis. Few active leg muscles, weak arms, hands, and fingers) and recently fractured my ankle from total leg collapse. I'm in an Airsoft boot. Are these exercises adaptable for me?
Thanks for sharing. Are these exercise doable while injured leg is facing sprains or cramps everyday?
Can i do this exercise after 4 weeks of surgery?
All i heard was "oh yea brad oh yea bob" over and over
Just found your channel these exercises are great. I have a cast for 3 more weeks. Had Achilles tendon surgery and heel spurs removed 3 weeks ago. No weight bearing are these exercises still safe to do thanks
Good job
Broke my ankle trying to make a couple extra bucks helping a guy clean leaves before christmas…..broke my ankle now out of work 6 weeks smh
Thank you guys
Me. No choice – right foot wrecking left hip now. So, after doing both thumbs and left shoulder, this is where I am at. Right shoulder, knees? Perhaps my time is done ….. God keeps me trying, and I’m grateful fo4 that. 🙏🏻
❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
I dropped my laptop on my foot and broken a metatarsal. I’ve been walking on it for months. I didn’t know it was broken. I finally had an X-ray because it would swell intermittently.
I hate that I've seen so many of your videos. I need to be more careful.
I jumped, that was something 9 ft and broke my ankle😂😅 and now i am here to how to heal my ankle fast.
I thought this video was supposed to be for injured foot/ankle, not hips? Im confused.
Thank you for sharing this incredible family journey.
Bob, watching your older videos makes me really miss you. Hoping all the best for you.
I got a fracture ankle 6 days ago and I did the side leg lifts yesterday, but it hurt I guess it's too soon, I'll give it a couple more weeks before I try it again.
I had tendon reconstruction surgery on my left foot on July 30th. I have always been an exercise nut so this reminder to keep the range of motion going during the healing period is great information. I ruptured the Posterior Tibial Tendon so it was pretty painful to walk, which I unfortunately did for months before seeking medical help. Using an IWalk 3.0 and regular crutches to get around. Thank you for sharing your knowledge.
Thank you sommuch
What if I can’t lift my leg at all?
Cheers chaps – had an op on my foot last week – arthritis so they did an osteotomy to fuse some of the toe joints in the middle of my foot. The hospital physio sent me hone with a zimmer frame at the wrong height) and a leaflet with a couple of exercise to avoid embolism but not a peep about muscular atrophy or the need to keep my non-weight bearing leg active! I'm doing your exercises every day. A other 5 weeks non weight bearing then six weeks with a moon boot, on crutches I believe. Really grateful for your videos.
I wish I had started this earlier great information thank you so much
I'm thinking an ankle weight for a few of these 🤔
Can I work the other leg from my knee on my knee scooter?
