  1. Where can i download the divorce law in arizona..i needed in filing my recognition of divorce in the philippines..

  2. These lawyers are so full of it. Just sell everything you own before you file. After that don't pay a cent to some ex. Just pay your child support and be done with it. The rest of this is all bulls$!t and just pads the lawyers pocket.

  3. I have found myself here, preparing for a divorce. We lived together for 10yrs b4 marriage, in 1992 married. Now in 2025, after leaving him (3+yrs now) he has tasked me with completing a noncontest divorce, as preparing for this, he then tells me he wants it all. My retirement, SSDI, money, spousal I guess. . No property, no major life ins, bonds Ira, etc just debt really. Married in Arizona, both still here.
I left him in 2021, due to constant porn 30+ days, hookers (only under a dozen times) and the fact he would not send our adult person; bipolar and on meth with voices in her head, screaming at them, home to the apartment.
    Any advice.

  4. Great video! Im curious if I bought my home in AZ 5 years before we got married We have been married 6 yesrs total and Ive paid 100% of all upkeep, mortgage payments, taxes and utility's out of my own seperate personal bank account would any equity have to be split ? My wife has paid $0 and even after I asked for help on tough months. We have no childeren together and she works.

  5. my bitch wife divorced me and took my left arm

  6. I'm located in Gilbert, my divorce should be easy to complete. No kids, real estate, nor retirement funds. A lawyer wants $400/hr, a paralegal wants $400 to email documents, and DivorceWriter is only $147 for the forms. My wife has alot of hidden money in banks and if I can get half of it I can pay whomever helped me

  7. Is there such thing as Alimony for the men?

  8. Is there a good resource for filing a response to a petition?

  9. Wanted to ask , if both parties have both agreed to divorce, are okay with 50/50 split with assets and liabilities, as well as custody. Is there a separate form that we can both sign and agree to divorce or do one of us have to serve the other? I hope this makes sense otherwise I could try to reword it. Thanks
