Hi Diane! I like your method to lesson planning. I have two specific problems. One is my school is learning a completely different curriculum. The only support given has been online videos and training I had to complete. I'm in a private school and we do not plan on the grade nor have a prep. It is never required or enforced. There really is no time until 3:30 when the walkers go home. At least 2 of 3 teachers leave by then. I will stay until 5 or later many days! The biggest problem I have is I tend to wait until the weekend to gather supplies I do not have in my class week by week. This means running to Dollar Tree, Michael's, Staples or even a thrift store. I tend to print visuals or activities all weekend too. I know I need to plan a month in advance so I am not spending my weekends running to stores/printing. Any tips would be greatly appreciated!
