I just remembered one of the biggest reasons why i dont walk or well stopped walking an running is because i seemd to always roll my ankle . An i guess the fear of doing it while running is still with me. But i would like to start going for walks again.

I used this and it didn’t do anything and I used the r.i.c.e metod it didn’t work either
