Evening folks! Thank you for stopping by…this stew is absolutely delicious
and ever so easy!
So wonderful to not have to endure the tedious chopping of vegetables. Love your recipes. Australia.
Looks good. I picked your video because it doesn’t take 15 minutes to give a chicken stew recipe.
This is exactly what I was looking for! Something simple! Thank you!
What, no wee drop of white wine? Och, I don't know…
Chicken stew or fish pies are not at all common in america
That stew would be sure good with just a little white pepper id also make it creamy style with peas and dumplings
Because, chicken and dumplings
Thanks for this
I just love listening o you talk
Sherylll! Pleeeease don’t be one of those cringey people who say “veggies”
we don’t say that in Scotland girl! If we shorten it we say veg. Leave the cringey “veggies” to the Americans, and the ones trying to be american.
Love the accent!
Edit… the kids loved it amd have requested this for every thursday!
I'm in the process of making this as we speak, can't wait to taste it later, I've never used double cream in this recipe before, hopefully it'll make the kids like it
I bought all my ingredients today to make this lovely stew. Thanks Cheryl
So easy, even I could and did make it for my wee family today, and they all loved it. Probably the first time I have cooked something from scratch in over 20 years (my wife is a great cook, but I wanted to surprise her with a treat). What a great wee feed we had.

From Adelaide, South Australia

yummy
Cheryl…ye always make me Hank Marvin.
Nice! In the US, the meat has water solution added to the meat when it's processed, and it comes out when it cooks. Is meat processed that way there?
Love your recipes. I’m using the Crock pot more often because of your recipes

You always have great ideas
Take care from Canada
Wonderful easy recipe. Love all the 'wees' haha. 'give it a wee stir … add a wee bit of pepper'. In US we would serve this with fluffy biscuits which are similar to your scones but not exact. Thank you for sharing.
Served for how many folks
Im putting rice and corn in this
Hey Cheryl i sure enjoy your videos, but this might be because I'm American and love the Scottish accent. I watched perhaps your first video of Shepard's Pie and you have really improve dyour presentations–you are a youtube STAR
