I did the one of composing number 6 using the coloured pencils we have in class, chose pink and blue and I chose a student and closed his eyes and we started to play and after that I asked the one I chose to write the equation on the board and they got the idea I believe in an easy and funny and smart way, thank you very much!
Would you not start with manipulatives of 10?
Thank u for the videos, i wanted to join your club but for 300$ upfront.. its not something we can afford ..
It's good idea but you you have to pay for block and cube easy first start with fingers. Counting for addition and subtraction .
Very useful, thanks
Please can u help give me ideas how to get my 6 year old to remember up to 100 & 10/20/30 ect for her to understand it, she is confused about it.
Love this ❤ gives easy ideas
Great Susan 👍
Love kindergarten teachers!!! Thanks for teaching all you teachers out there!!! Here are some resources created as a MATH SONG request from kindergarten teachers! Counting back from 30 https://youtu.be/TYdnHhzYTm8 another one that counts back from 20 https://youtu.be/zIfJVon2MNY
Hi I would love to see videos on how to introduce math to K and also games and activities for bridge classes (k-1)
Why do they have to be different color cubes? Why not say I have three tubes over here and I have two cubes over here?
Why do you stress different items?
wow this is really help me a lot❤
Thank you very much! I just followed your IG account and those tips there are very useful!

As a teacher, are you polite to your kids and never raise your voice? Hello
Great video and explanation. I’ve used your information to teach my children to read. Always my first source of guidance when I’m looking to teach my young twins.
How long would you spend on addition with these methods? Days?Week?
Love your videos and u have an unique way of teaching using fun games..Really helpful ,always looking fwd for upcoming videos ..one out of the way question..where did u get those curtains from they r really cool ..if u have a link do share😊
Duplo single legos work AMAZING in place of counting cubes.
Your blocks at 2:03 inspired me to get Lego out and this worked a treat with my 5 year old. It made a real breakthrough as we had been using number lines with a lot of frustration.
y LOVED this activity https://youtu.be/PSN7WhTrGxY?t=434 ………. BUT i t think that using a BLUE 6 in the upper right corner may be misleading…also the RED 6 after the "=" that is written in crayon…i mean, for total sum i think i should use black, or any color different from blue or red
I LOVE IT
The idea was wonderful. Thanks. ❤
Hi, you said free print & play addition games but there are all need to pay. Please don't lead us the wrong way when our salary is less to purchase all these right😅. Please tell us if there are free print copies. It's okay if doesn't have. Thanks.
Thanks Susan. I'll apply this tips to my grandson.

Awesome
I teach this way but I'm getting a bit nervous as I've been seeing how their teaching kids to not count like this and to learn patterns and placement values to quickly come up with the sum amount.
I love your videos. Thank you for sharing your talent.
I will be teaching summer school in Kindergarten, which I don't do during the school year so this video was FANATASTIC!
Thanks dear
