  3. I have developed a slight bunion on my right foot and pronation as well, hope this exercise helps to avoid peroneal and outer shin pain

  4. I do it on the edge of my bathtub and bounce up and down hunched on my toes. 🦶

  7. So it seems like working on that cuboid and use of the big toe when stepping forward in your gate cycle could help to realign anterior pelvic tilt. Perhaps maybe?

  8. what happens with someone like me that my calves are so tight and archilles is tight and sometimes feel like my ankles are gonna snap they just hurt so much can i still repair by doing this btw i do have flat feet

  12. Will this help me with soreness and tenderness in my big toe? A few years back, I noticed I was placing weight on the big toe knuckle joint when I walked or ran—I was pushing off from my big toe. I can't figure out why my body started doing that. I have flat feet.

    It gave me plantar fish it's.
    I just grind it out pushing on my heel every morning. It went away❤

  19. Wow, this is the exact exercise I needed. I have a low arch and pronate too much on my right ankle. Strained my peroneus longus tendon and am prone to Achilles tendinitis. By doing this it isolated my Peroneus longus, and also showed me that my flexor hallucis longus is weak. Am trying to hike the Tour de Mont Blanc in 3 weeks and I hope this saves me. Thank you!!
