  2. ❤❤I have the same issue with my feet and suffered a lot because of the extreme pain in the heel some times to both the heels very frequently because of less walking, wearing a soft footwear daily inside the house and dry skin issue of the legs.
    Extreme heel pain sometimes stays for several weeks to a month because of the inflammation.
    The only solution is to moisturize the calf muscles and complete under & upper feet gently. Massage the calf muscles and heels and heel ball gently for 10 – 15 mins especially if you have a habit of washing your legs frequently with or without any soaps, lotions you must massage daily in the morning after bathing and before going to the bed. You can even use coconut oil preferably cold pressed for the massaging.
    And start walking on the barefoot regularly inside the house and after a month slowly start walking on barefoot in the garden and for short walks outside the house. It will definitely gonna work I've did it and if you have the same issue give it a try.

  23. Informative video 👍 be careful not to stretch too often without doing strengthening exercises though, because that weakens muscles
